Article 268
Provisions related to Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, Nepal and National Investigation Organization
: (1) The association shall consist of Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, Nepal and National Investigation Department.
(2) Each province will have a provincial police organization.
(3) Arrangements related to the operation, supervision and coordination of the work performed by the Nepal Police and the Provincial Police shall be in accordance with the federal law.
(4) Other arrangements related to Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, Nepal and National Investigation Department shall be in accordance with federal laws.
